1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttery crisco
1/2 c. oleo
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1c. sour cream
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Cook apricots until mushy. Add sugar. Chill overnight.
Cream sugar, crisco and oleo. Add egg, vanilla, sour cream. Add flour, salt, soda. Chill overnight.
Roll out chilled dough with lots of flour. Cut into circles--put a dab of apricots on each circle and put another circle on top. Pinch around each cookie. Bake at 375º til done about 12-15 minutes.
