1 large can pineapple juice
4 tsp. almond extract
juice from 6 lemons
4 cups sugar
2 gallon containers (an empty 1 gallon milk jug, cleaned, works well)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together and divide equally into 2 (1 gallon) containers.(Clean milk jugs work nicely). Finish filling each jug with water. Put the lid on it and shake to mix.
Freeze.
Allow 4 to 5 hours to thaw.
Serve as a slush.
