8 oz. Cream cheese with chives, room temp.
1 pkt. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing (dry)

Mix well with a hand mixer. Chill several hours or overnight before serving.

This takes me back to my youth! Sometimes we would stop at Lawson's on the way home from church and Mom would pick up their "chip chopped ham" for sandwiches. If we were lucky she'd get some of their dip and a bag of chips. This is as close to the real thing as I've tasted. So good!
