Crust
1 stick of butter
1 cup flour
1 cup finely chopped nuts

Filling
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
1 3 oz. package cream cheese
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 12 oz. container of Cool Whip

Topping
2 boxes instant pistachio pudding
3 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Crust; Soften butter. Mix all ingredients together and spread on bottom of 9" X 12" pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350º.

Filling: Soften cream cheese and beat until smooth. Add sugar and mix well. Add 1/2 of Cool Whip and mix until smooth. Spread over cooled crust.

Topping: Add cold milk to pudding mix. Mix well. Spread over cream cheese mixture.

Top with left over cool whip and chopped nuts.

Refrigerate.
