1 unbaked pie shell
8 oz cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cups chopped pecans

3 eggs
1 cup corn syrup
1/4 cu sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together cream cheese, 1 egg, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tsp vanilla.
Spread in pie shell.
Sprinkle with pecans.
Beat eggs until blended but not foamy.
Blend in rest of ingredients and pour over pecans.
Bake at 350º for 40 min.
