1 small head iceberg lettuce
½ lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
2 c. light Miracle Whip (or reg. Mayo)
1 onion, sliced thinly
⅓ c. sugar
1 pkg. frozen peas
⅓ c. grated parmesan cheese

**optional, head cauliflower, broken into small pieces
Black Olives, sliced

Layer ingredients in 9x13 pan as written. Don’t stir, cut in squares. Cover tightly and chill if fridge overnight (best if not eaten immediately).

Aunt Mary introduced this to our family. I'm not sure what recipe she used.... I know there were "frozen" peas in it. Mary's recipe card is so frayed, smudged, and worn that I cannot tell which recipe she used.
