1 pkg. Roquefort cheese
¼ to ½ c. buttermilk
a little garlic salt

Beat together until cheese is broken up into small pieces. Don’t put in blender because you want some small chunks of Roquefort cheese in the dressing.

I remember Lori's Mom sending us this recipe after we visited them in Aberdeen in the early 70's. Lori's family had lived in Sheldon in '59-'60. I delivered Lori and we kept in touch with the family for a number of years. This eventually lead to Lori and Mark's acquaintance.
