1 can kidney beans
⅔ c. vinegar
1 can yellow (wax) beans
¾ c. sugar
1 can green beans
1 tsp. oregano
2 cans red kidney beans
⅓ c. olive oil
1 green pepper chopped
1 T. (or less) salt
1 chopped onion
1 tsp. pepper

**optional** chopped celery
may also add chickpeas or baby lima beans

Directions:
Drain beans and rinse. Combine beans, pepper, oregano, and onion. Combine vinegar, sugar, oils and pour over beans. Cover and refrigerate. Keeps up to a month in fridge.
